Correspondent Services

Our offices are situated opposite the High Court in Schreiner Chambers. We have extensive knowledge of and ensure that we keep abreast of any and all court rules, directives and proceedings. Hannelie is authorised to appear in the High Court and can  therefore sign all your court documents and attend to appearance on your behalf (unopposed motions, noting of judgments, certifications etc).

Our offices are a mere five minute's drive from the Constitutional Court, Labour Court and within walking distance of the CCMA.  We can assist you in complying with both court's rules and directives.

The Regional  Court, Central Divorce Court and Johannesburg Magistrate's Court are within walking distance from our offices.  We have attorneys and candidate attorneys appearing in both the Motion and Section 65 courts on a daily basis.  

We attend to all correspondent duties, issuing of documents, delivery to the relevant Sheriffs,
indexing & paginating of court files (Caselines), service and filing, obtaining court dates, attending to queries etc.

We are able to collect and deliver documents to the Master, register estates and trusts on your behalf and attend to general inquiries. We are also able to   obtain endorsements from the Master on your behalf.

 Various advocate groups are situated within the same building as our firm. We are therefore able to brief an advocate on your behalf on short notice.  The family advocate is also situated in our building, which enables us to collect, deliver and confirm appointments on your behalf.
